Grove Development LLC operates Unlock PDF Document. This explains how we handle your information.
Account data: Your email address, credit balance, and transaction history.
Usage data: Browser type, device info, IP address, pages viewed, and how you use the service.
Payment data: Processed by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). We don't store your credit card details.
Your files: Processed locally in your browser. We don't upload or store them, though error logs may include file metadata (size, type).
We use your information to run the service, process payments, send magic login links, provide support, improve features, and prevent fraud.
We don't sell your data. We share with: payment processors (Lemon Squeezy), email providers (Resend), hosting services (Vercel/Upstash), and analytics tools. We may also disclose information if required by law.
You can request a copy of your data, update your email, or delete your account by contacting hello@unlockpdfdocument.com. Account deletion is permanent and you'll lose unused credits.
We use encryption and security best practices, but no system is 100% secure. We keep your data while your account is active, then delete it within 90 days of closure (except records needed for legal compliance).
