Refund Policy

No Refunds

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.

Credits are digital goods delivered instantly. Once added to your account, they can't be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Unused credits won't be refunded if the service shuts down.

Limited Exceptions

We may issue refunds (at our discretion) for:

• Duplicate charges: If you were charged twice by mistake
• Technical failures: If we can't deliver your credits
• Service defects: If the service is completely broken

No refunds for: changing your mind, unhappy with results, lost account access, or credits already used.

How to Request

Email hello@unlockpdfdocument.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your email, purchase details, and what went wrong. We'll respond in 5-7 business days. All decisions are final.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account termination and loss of all credits. Please reach out to us directly to resolve any issues.
