Files are processed locally in your browser. We don't upload your files to our servers. Some basic analytics may be collected to improve the service.
Credits are stored on our servers and tied to your email account. Log in with magic links sent to your email—no password needed.
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
If we discontinue the service, unused credits won't be refunded. Limited exceptions for billing errors or technical failures—contact us within 7 days at hello@unlockpdfdocument.com.
You're responsible for your email access and account security. Don't use the service for illegal content or to abuse/harm others. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will always work perfectly, produce specific results, or be available 24/7. Browser-based processing has limitations.
We're not liable for any indirect damages, lost data, or lost profits. Our maximum liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
These terms are governed by Wyoming law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
We can update these terms anytime. Continued use means you accept the changes.
